The Professional Diploma Program in Data Analysis is a full-time, one-semester, in-person program designed to build your skills in data management, visualization, and analysis using tools such as SQL and Python. You will learn to identify patterns in data, interpret results, and present findings through a capstone project that adds to your professional portfolio.

Program Learning Outcomes:
- Utilize data wrangling and exploration methods to find meaning and patterns in structured data sets
- Create descriptive, predictive and prescriptive models for knowledge discovery with structured data sets
- Perform decision analysis using optimization methods, operational research, management science and spreadsheet analytics
- Interpret results and use data visualization techniques to communicate findings to stakeholders

Course Schedule:
The Professional Diploma Program in Data Analysis is offered in Fall (August-December). Detailed class schedules will be shared with admitted students prior to the start of the semester.
Classes are held on weekdays at the Golden Bear Center, typically between 8:00AM - 6:00PM.
Program Completion Requirements:
The curriculum consists of 5 core courses for a total of 9 semester units (135 hours of instruction). To earn your award of completion at the end of the semester, you must take all courses for a letter grade and earn a grade of C or better in each course.
