Cancellations submitted before November 1st for Spring and June 1st for Fall will be eligible for a full refund of program fees (if applicable).

Program fees become non-refundable after this date.

International Students - If your Certificate of Eligibility (I-20 or DS-2019) has been issued, we will process a cancellation or shorten (if applicable) your SEVIS record. Your document and SEVIS ID will no longer be valid for future use. If you have already paid the I-901 SEVIS fee, you may be able to transfer your fee to another SEVIS ID. You can find information about applying the fee payment to another SEVIS ID number on the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement website. Please note that the International Student Services Fee is non-refundable if your I-20 or DS-2019 has been issued.
How To Cancel or Withdraw
- Log into CalCentral.
- Open the "My Academics" page.
- Under the Concurrent Enrollment card, you will see "Learn more about Enrollment." Click on the link Term Cancelation/Withdrawal Request to open up the form.

Choose the term you want to cancel/withdraw from, and then click Next.
- Complete the required field, then click submit.
You will receive email notifications and updates regarding your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
